About

Regina is an experienced psychotherapist (MBACP) and art therapist (HCPC) with over 10 years of clinical practice. Her therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic art therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy to develop customized treatment plans. She assists clients in coping with work stress, family issues, relationships, childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, and more. Deeply committed to empowering clients, she guides them in finding solutions and achieving inner transformation.

After graduating from an art therapy master's program in the UK and working in child protection, Ms. Au became Hong Kong's first school-based art psychotherapist. There she gained extensive experience helping adolescents and families tackle challenges like screen addiction, identity crises, relationship issues, bullying, and mental health struggles. She currently guest lectures at CUHK and EdUHK on child development and psychotherapy-related topics.

Ms. Au believes that by building a trusting therapeutic relationship, clients can explore their subconscious through imagery and art in a safe space. This enables profound life changes and discovering renewed meaning. With her experience and compassion, she sincerely accompanies each client on their precious life journey.

Regina是一位經驗豐富的註冊心理治療師（MBACP）和藝術治療師（HCPC），擁有超過十年的臨床經驗。她擅長運用心理動力學取向藝術治療、人本主義、靜觀認知治療等方法，為個案制定合適的治療方案，協助受輔者迅速找到解決問題的方法，例如工作和家庭壓力、關係困難、伴侶溝通及婚姻問題等，以至於童年創傷及各種情緒症狀如抑鬱、焦慮、強迫症等，從而實現由內到外的改變。

Regina畢業於英國藝術治療碩士，曾在英國社福機構和預防虐待兒童組織工作，回港後，成為首位香港駐校藝術心理治療師，專門協助青少年及其家庭面對成長的挑戰，例如網路成癮，輟學，親子和朋輩關係問題，身份認同危機，適應困難等，累積了豐富的經驗。目前，區女士在香港中文大學，及香港教育大學擔任客席講師，主要教授兒童發展和心理治療等課程。

她相信，透過與治療師建立互信關係，受輔者可以在安心的環境下，運用圖像/創作探索潛藏於意識下一直影響自己行為及情緒的問題根源，從而實現生命的深度轉化和改變，為生命重新定位。憑借豐富的經驗和專業知識，區女士以真誠陪伴每一位受輔者經歷寶貴的心路歷程。
